After graduating from the University of Washington with her Bachelor of Science, Dr. Robel went on to graduate in 2007 from Bastyr University with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Science in Acupuncture. After completing her education, she returned to the Yakima Valley, where she is originally from and started her medical practice.
When she is not practicing medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, Sawyer, Hudson and Charleigh. She is an avid runner and enjoys training for half and full marathons. She also enjoys traveling, wine tasting and reading a good book.

Dr. Nauman began her career as a Montessori Elementary teacher. During her time teaching, she developed a strong interest in research and developmental pediatrics. She then pursued a career as a clinician/researcher at National University of Natural Medicine and Helfgott Research Institute in Portland, Oregon. After graduation, she moved to Yakima, Washington to join an established and thriving medical practice.
On her weekends, Dr. Nauman enjoys spending time with her partner and two children and is an avid supporter of the Seattle Mariners.
Dr. Nauman specializes in pediatrics, women’s health, gender-affirming care, LGBTQA+, neurodiversity, and functional gastroenterology.

Dr. Fuller graduated in 2021 from Bastyr University with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She integrates her training in conventional, naturopathic, and traditional Chinese medicine to find all-encompassing, sustainable, individualized plans for each patient. She is humbled to create collaborative relationships with her patients and assist them in finding optimal health and wellness.
Growing up in Reno, NV, Dr. Fuller developed a love for the outdoors at a young age. When she is not seeing patients, she can be found hiking, biking, paddleboarding, baking cookies, and rooting on her alma mater, the Gonzaga bulldogs.

Dr. Hire also holds a bachelors degree in Biochemistry from the University of WA, where he coached high school and youth clinics and played basketball at the ABA for several years. With a strong background in athletics and a 200 hour YT certification, Dr. Hire’s personal and professional experiences highlights his passion for holistic health.
Dr. Hire is originally from Seattle, WA. When he’s not on the basketball court you can find him spending time in nature, listening to music, and sampling cuisines from around the world.
In addition to primary care, Dr. Hire has a vested interest in helping patients feel and move better through physical medicine, acupuncture, cupping, and Tui Na. Dr. Hire integrates Chinese Medicine philosophy with an extensive understanding of biochemistry and anatomy to best serve his patients unique complaints.
Dr. Hire’s interests of specialty include Cardiometabolic, Cardiovascular conditions, Musculoskeletal conditions, Hormonal Conditions, and Men’s Health.

In 2013, she moved to Yakima, at the same time, completed her Master’s in Public Health. CC is now a certified Health Coach and Weight Management Specialist, as well as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. With CC’s experience in clinical and community nutrition, she is eager to help meet the patient’s specific health needs, meeting them where they are with what resources they have to improve their health, one sustainable step at a time.

Kara is a proud cat mom of two, who enjoys spending her free time at home curating new bakes in the kitchen to satisfy her sweet tooth. She has a profound love for travel, whether it be to other countries, or to different realities through the fantasy books she loves to read. Kara has been to countries like Canada, the Bahamas, Bali, and Spain and excited to plan her upcoming trip to Greece in fall of 2025.

When Lisa isn’t massaging she is spending time with her husband Chris, four children Jeffry, Jarek, Masen, and Whitney. She also enjoys traveling, photography, and a good book.

When not working, Jesse is video game enthusiast who likes to keep up with the latest tech and sometimes tries to invent his own, always looking for new ways to innovate and improve everyday life and cooking is another passion of his. But his greatest pride comes from being a father to two children and spending as much time with them as possible.
